The service
Robo Studio is a browser-based platform for designing, simulating and running robot models, including optional paid cloud ROS 2 instances. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your content
Robot models, code and workspace files you create are yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and process them to operate the service. Exports (URDF, ROS 2 packages) are yours to use anywhere.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Clerk Billing. Compute credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Running out of credits suspends cloud instances — it never deletes them or your files. You can cancel at any time; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data; don't use cloud instances for activities unrelated to robotics development (e.g. crypto mining, network abuse); don't violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Cloud instances that fail are suspended, never silently deleted.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
